In the present scenario, there are still many parts of the country and abroad where women do not have proper rights in society. They are considered inferior to men, so we need to give women their rights and empower women. Injustice, gender bias, and inequality cannot be removed from society without women's empowerment. If women are not empowered, they cannot create their own identity. For the development of any country and state, it is necessary that first of all gender discrimination against women should be stopped. After this, they should be provided opportunities for development and advancement in various fields, so that women can develop. If opportunities are provided to women in various areas of development, those areas always move towards progress. If the development of women is done at the right time, then the development of the house, family, state, and country is ensured. It is said that children are the future of the country and the development of children is linked with women. Because the first teacher of the child is their mother. By learning from the mother, the child grows up and one day contributes to the development of the country. Through this research paper, the schemes and necessary steps taken by the Chhattisgarh government and the central government are to be studied for the empowerment and development of women.
